Subject Dreamer Leo (here after SDL) is correct in that we are redacting information we do not want him to disclose such as his and The Fallen of P13A00 (here after merely Fallen for reader's ease) capture nor the interview and testing.
SDL is undergoing study to understand exactly his ability and how it will assist with the Archive.
Fallen is currently being operated on to study how the absence of PRE13 affects the body of a P13A00.
