So... I forgot that I'm a lightweight with lightweight birds. I don't know half of what King has said is true or not, and I've panicked enough over it until Dean mocked me with King. They get along well despite King telling me I should foster the relationship between the Worm and the Flock.
Anyway, it was after lunch when the Tranquilliser wore off and he woke. King was on hand at the time updating me on the midday reports for me to log when he did. He... seems to accept this stuff well. More so then most do, anyway. Fears, Kings, Gods, Lords, ect. Titles and names we devise to try and communicate these awesome powers beyond nature.
He act's like a host more than someone that was a hostage a few days before. It's odd. King hasn't even questioned it, saying it was expected. Crow, because I don't feel like calling him by the nickname I gave him, always jumps from accepting the Worm and then against him, but then what King mentioned in his first post makes sense... even though I still can't not get ideas thinking about that. I hate that about my brother.
But yeah, nothing really new to report I guess, he's recovered well from that head injury. Wasn't even aware it happened in the dream, he felt nothing.
He's always a surprise. When I offered him his room back, he said that another one of the girls could share it with me and he took the trundle bed, before pulling out a single bed from beneath his king sized one. King said that I'd be enough though, as he didn't want to make him feel like a prisoner in his own home.
It's weird. He seems... glad to have people with him? I don't know. He offered to help set up my own account to blog from, connected it to his blog and set it up on a different browser. He's pulled out some consoles, a laptop that he connects to his TV to watch YouTube and other videos on a larger screen and just other stuff for us to use. He and Crow spent 2 hours cleaning up his patio and putting another TV out there for when we dined outside.
He even showed us girls the drawer of women needs products and chocolates in case any of his lady friends needed them. WHY HE IS SO HELPFUL?!
I'm just really confused by this guy's attitude. Does he not understand his predicament?
Maybe he enjoys the company.
ReplyDeleteThe crazy, crazy eldritch company.
Stockholm Syndrome, most likely. I would try to persuade you to let this traumatized young man go but I'm not sure how much humanity is left for me to appeal to.
ReplyDeleteWhy would you want to tear apart two crazy kids in love. I mean they obviously love each other.
